Saigon Grill III is truly a gem in Fort Collins! 🌟 I recently indulged in their PHO DAC BIET, and it's hands down the best I've ever had. The broth was aromatic, with just the right seasoning, while the fresh herbs added a burst of flavor.

The staff was incredibly friendly, adding to the cosy, chill atmosphere. Though they ran out of veggies for the egg rolls during my visit, their handmade rolls were still fantastic!

Don't miss their iced coffee - it’s excellent, despite the plastic cup! I can’t wait to return for another delicious experience! 🍜✨
