September 09, 2024Sahara Restaurant & Grill is a gem in Detroit! 🌟 The ambiance sets the perfect mood for a night out. I was thrilled with the warm, fresh pita bread and the incredible vegetables - definitely some of the best I’ve experienced at a Mediterranean spot.
I ordered the chicken, which was perfectly cooked and flavorful, though I was a bit disappointed they were out of lamb chops. My husband enjoyed the beef kafta, despite him finding its flavor a bit off.
They could use some help with their service; our waitress didn’t check on us much. Still, overall, it was a delightful experience before our show! Would recommend giving it a try! 🍽️
