Ruyi Hand Pulled Noodle is a hidden gem on State Street! I was thrilled to find such a great variety of Asian comfort food right here in Madison. 🌟

The **beef hand-pulled noodle soup** was the highlight of my meal - rich and flavorful, with tender beef. The **scallion pancakes** were a must-try too; they were perfectly crispy and arguably the best I’ve ever had!

While the **spicy seafood hotpot** didn’t pack as much flavor as I hoped, I still enjoyed it. The casual atmosphere and quick service made it a fantastic spot for both lunch and dinner. I’ll definitely be back for more delicious noodles
