I recently visited Gooseberry on the Square for breakfast, and it was a delightful experience! ☕ The Swiss and Mushroom Omelette, while slightly lacking in seasoning, was a comforting start to my day. The wheat toast was a highlight - perfectly golden and served with butter and jelly.

The quick service impressed me; my food arrived within 10 minutes, which is ideal for a busy morning. Although the atmosphere felt a bit sleepy, it’s a cozy spot right by the Capitol. The coffee options were solid, but I wish they had a more affordable single cup option. Overall, it’s a pleasant place for a quick and hearty breakfast. Will return! 🍳
