Bandit - Tacos & Coffee is a gem of a spot in Madison! 🌮 I had the vegetarian tacos, and they were bursting with flavor - especially the mushroom with pea shoots! The spices were just right, unlike the short rib taco, which fell a bit flat for me.

The atmosphere is cozy and casual, perfect for a laid-back meal with friends. Plus, the happy hour margaritas are a steal at $6! The service was quick and friendly too. I’ll definitely be back for more! 🍹
