Our waitress was wonderful and did her best to make a bad experience tolerable.We were told they had baked potatoes but it would be about 30 minutes by one individual that checked with the kitchen.Then our waitress checked with the kitchen and they said 45 minutes, then when she put our order in she was told they were out of baked potatoes.We ended up order soup and smashed burgers.The soup was mediocre and our burgers tasted like the meat was bad…we did not finish our meal and when we complained to the waitress she said she was so sorry but no compensation was offered.I felt so sorry for our waitress…she really tried.

We stopped in for the salad bar.It is always delicious.Katie, who happened to be our waitress promptly greeted and seated us.She is a GREAT waitress and is very attentive.The salad bar was great as usual.When I got to the salad dressing area the Ranch was out.I mentioned this to one of the male waiters and he quickly informed the kitchen and BAMM, the salad dressing was refilled at the salad bar. The only negative, which is why I gave Atmosphere 4 stars is because it was FREEZING in the restaurant.We did not mention this to any of the employees.I think sometimes restaurant in general set the temperature in the restaurant based on their going into and out of the hot kitchen, instead of using a thermometer to see what the temperature is in the restaurant.In summary, this is great restaurant and we will be back again!

Horrible service!! We didn’t even get seated bc of how dirty and lazy this establishment is.Woman came over to the front after waiting about five minutes.Informed us that it would be a bit of a wait.They are short staff and all the tables were dirty.I said ok that’s fine we will wait we are a party of 3 and one table won’t take long to clean off.She again assured us it would be awhile.Ok that is fine.Both her and the bar tender sat doing nothing.Not many customers were in the restaurant the tables just hadn’t been cleaned off.Woman didn’t clean tables and bartender did nothing.Both very lazy.It’s employers like that that will bankrupt your business or maybe she just didn’t want to work at all being lazy and all.However the amount of rudeness is comical.I don’t what that woman had against us being there but apparently it was large enough for her to forfeit making some good money.Bless your heart for the amount of rudeness you gave and thank you for reminding me just how much I matter in this big world.You allowed your own problems and laziness to take the money you would of made off myself and my family from you and whatever family you do have.How powerful are we?? Could of been a good night for you.However the person you are allowed you to loose out on that. Do not go here.They don’t serve people they just sit and do nothing.Honestly I believe the health department should be called bc if all the tables are dirty and no one is there to clean off any of them.Can you imagine what that buffet looked like.So glad we left and went some place else.T
