Ruby Sunshine

My wife & I arrived during a busy brunch crowd, around 11am.
The hostess told us it could be 20 minutes before they could seat us, I was fine with the wait so we put our name on the list.
Within 10 minutes I received a text to let me know a table was ready for me.
We were surprised & happy we got a table that fast.
Our server was great overall, he did take a long time to bring the bill out, but we were not in a rush.
The food was great, I had biscuits & gravy, the gravy being full of flavor tasting homemade.
My wife ordered French toast bites & they were toasted to perfection & drizzled with cream cheese icing.
This is the place for brunch in Chattanooga, their food will put a smile on your face & fill your belly.
If you’re in the mood for an adult beverage, they have you covered there as well, serving locally crafted cocktails.

This was a pleasant surprise! Our server was from New Orleans and offered cool insight on the origins of the restaurant.
Our service was great! They offered boutique menu items at a VERY fair price.
I always tell the truth in reviews...the food was good not great.
If you want great, you go to a higher price restaurant with a chef.
This place won't let you down, its just not a "high end, 5 star" breakfast to me.
I will definitely go back and I definitely recommend.

Ruby Sunshine: A Sweet Start to the Day Ruby Sunshine promises a delightful brunch experience with a creative menu, but our recent visit left us with mixed feelings. Appetizers: We began with the Pig Candy Bacon, which unfortunately didn't live up to expectations.
The bacon, while conceptually intriguing, felt more like microwaveable bacon coated in glazed brown sugar.
It lacked the rich, smoky flavor and crispy texture one hopes for in a standout bacon dish. Entrees: For my entree, I chose the White Chocolate Bread Pudding Pancakes.
These pancakes were a highlight, offering a unique and delicious twist on traditional pancakes.
The combination of white chocolate and bread pudding made for a rich and indulgent breakfast treat.
However, by the end of the dish, the sweetness became somewhat overwhelming, making it difficult to finish. Overall Experience: While Ruby Sunshine offers an inviting atmosphere and innovative menu items, our experience fell short of expectations.
The Pig Candy Bacon was underwhelming, and while the White Chocolate Bread Pudding Pancakes were enjoyable, their intense sweetness was a bit much by the end.
Overall, it was an okay experience, but it left us wanting more in terms of both flavor and satisfaction. Ruby Sunshine has potential, but it might need to refine some of its offerings to fully deliver on its promise of an exceptional brunch experience.
