The greasiest of greasy spoon diners.
The atmosphere was congenial and none of the other gathered patrons seemed to be bothered by the quality of the food, too consumed in conversation.
A feeling of Southern small town charm permeates, even though it’s in a larger downtown.
I just wish they’d order better quality food from Sysco.

Fast and friendly service.
I'd suggest using milk for hot cocoa or ask customer what they prefer.
Food was filling and tasty.
Family was in town on vacation.

The prices appeared cheap on the menu but once the check came things looked pricey lol.
$5 for a grilled cheese? I'm guessing when on vacation you splurge.
We had an array of menu items.
We arrived about 1040a and breakfast ends at 1030a.
They were nice enough to accommodate.

Let me start by saying, I am so glad that places like this still exist.
As soon as I walked in, it was like stepping back in time.
In reality, I stepped into an amazing restaurant packed with great food and great service.
I ordered the grilled chicken salad with a sweet tea and it was full of flavor.
Cannot wait to come back again and try some additional items on the menu.
Highly recommend trying this place for lunch, you will not be disappointed.
