Root Down at Denver International Airport is a delightful surprise amidst the hustle and bustle! 🌟

I had the gluten-free pancakes, and wow - they might just be the best I've ever tasted! The fresh ingredients really shine through. My server, Natasha, was incredibly attentive and offered great suggestions, making my experience even better.

I tried the Beet Down cocktail, which was delicious, and the curry soup was comforting. Yes, the prices are on the higher side, but it's worth it for quality airport dining. 🍽️
