Robles Taquería is a hidden gem in Lubbock! 🌮

I had the chicken tinga gorditas and they were incredibly flavorful! The portion sizes were generous, and I was impressed with the quality of ingredients. The service was fantastic - attentive and friendly.

While there aren’t many vegetarian options, I noticed they could easily whip up some vegetarian fajitas. The atmosphere feels welcoming, and the margaritas are solid too! 🍹

Definitely a spot to revisit during my next trip to LBK! Don’t miss it!
