I recently dined at Lucky Chen Chinese Restaurant and found it to be a decent spot for a quick meal in Lubbock!

The menu had a nice selection, but I opted for the General Tso's chicken, which was surprisingly delicious - crispy and perfectly balanced in flavor. My granddaughter enjoyed the dumplings, and we both appreciated the clean, accessible environment.

While the service could be a bit friendlier, it was attentive enough.
