Claraboya Scratch Kitchen & Bar is a hidden gem located inside the DoubleTree Hotel in Lubbock. 🌟 I celebrated my 38th birthday there and indulged in the flakiest seabass with a divine caper sauce and wilted spinach. The atmosphere is trendy yet cozy, perfect for groups or solo dining.

Our server, Abigail, was fantastic! The chicharrones and queso were a delightful start, and the crispy brussel sprouts were a must-try. If you're in the mood for seafood, don't miss the chef’s fresh scallops - they're out of this world! 🍽️ Overall, a wonderful experience that I’ll happily recommend!
