If you’re craving BBQ in Louisville, make a beeline for River Road BBQ! 🍖

I tried the Texas sampler and was blown away by the ribs and pulled pork - so tender and full of flavor! The brisket and BBQ chicken were solid too, but the pulled pork definitely stole the show.

Service was quick, and the outdoor seating is perfect for sunny days. Plus, the staff was friendly and gave a tour of the smoker, which is always a treat. Don't let the simple exterior fool you - this place packs a punch in flavor! Can’t wait to come back this summer! 🌞
