I had an extreme desire for barbecue.Since I pass this establishment on a regular basis, I thought that I would stop in and get some barbecue.I was really dissatisfied with the overall experience.First, the prices are à la cart and extremely high.The food was not great.I received a ribs, potato salad, and baked beans.The ribs had a lot of fat on them and did not have barbecue sauce on them.I had to add barbecue sauce.The potato salad had big clumps of potatoes in it, and the taste overall was not satisfying.Finally the baked beans taste like store-bought baked beans mixed with barbecue sauce.I did not eat at all..I was certainly not satisfied with the overall experience.However, your taste buds may be different, but if you’re looking for true authentic barbecue, then this may not be the place for you.Just my opinion.Hope this helps anyone who has a strong desire for authentic barbecue.
We got the food quickly, they didn't take long.There are only three tables inside and a BUNCH of tables outside.This is definitely more of a place to eat during the spring and summer.Inside feels like it could use a good cleaning. We got the Texas sampler and took the food home.It was tasty.I wasn't a big fan of the polish sausage.The ribs were fantastic and the pulled pork was delicious.The beef brisket and BBQ chicken were good, but I will probably aim for just the pulled pork or ribs next time.The bathroom was clean and the service was friendly.I plan to come again in late spring and summer.Kickass BBQ, definitely worth a visit.
Ordered XL family pack: brisket, pork, chicken, baked beans, potato salad, slaw, lots of sauce.Everyone loved it.Pit master gave me a tour of the smoker, they cook pork/brisket for ~22 hours.The real deal.
