Tired after our Vatican tour, we stumbled into Ristorante Pizzeria Castello and were pleasantly surprised. The warm, cozy ambiance welcomed us right away. We opted for the mushroom and prosciutto pizza, which was a delightful combo of flavors and cooked to perfection. The spaghetti carbonara was rich and creamy, becoming an instant favorite! The staff, especially Mustafa, treated us like family. It’s a great spot for a casual meal, though outdoor seating has limited views. Would return for sure! 🍕
