Stepping into Goose on Piazzale Gregorio VII feels like embracing the heart of Roman cuisine. The warm ambiance sets the perfect tone for a delightful meal. I savored the Risotto alla pescatora, which truly deserves its five-star status! Each bite was a wonderful blend of flavors, all made from fresh ingredients. We lucked out, arriving around lunch without a reservation and were promptly seated. The friendly service made the experience even better. Don’t miss the lemon sorbet for a refreshing finish! 🍋
