I stopped by Rising Roll for breakfast and loved the egg, cheese, and bacon croissant - definitely worth the $7! The coffee was excellent with ample caramel drizzle. The staff was friendly too. I’m excited to return for lunch soon! 😊.

Rising Roll at the UTSA Student Union offers a cozy spot for a quick bite or a casual lunch. 🌟 I stopped by for breakfast today and treated myself to an egg, cheese, and bacon croissant with a delicious caramel coffee. Although the croissant was a bit flat (which I found amusing 😂), it was packed with flavor.
Prices are a bit steep - I paid about $7 for the croissant - but honestly, it was worth it for the quality.
Looking forward to trying the turkey avocado wrap for lunch next time! 🥪✨

Stopped by Rising Roll for a quick breakfast before class and was pleasantly surprised! The egg, cheese, and bacon croissant was delicious and huge - definitely worth the $7. The coffee, topped with generous caramel drizzle, was a perfect pick-me-up. Friendly staff too. Highly recommend!
