I really hate having to do this.
The people that have been to this place before from years ago should know the previous owners were kind and respectful people.
Very professional as well never had a problem before.
I ordered a plate of orange chicken with fried rice and 1 egg roll through DoorDash last Friday.
By the time I got my food it was close to closing hours.
I ate the egg roll and was about to start eating the orange chicken.
First bite into a piece of orange chicken and I couldn’t really bite it, it was hard to bite when I spit it out, I noticed the chicken was raw.
Completely uncooked from the inside.
I tried calling the place and the line sounded busy.
I tried sending them a message through DoorDash privately to see what we could do about this, obviously I threw the whole plate away.
Mind you I paid $20 for this order.
I hadn’t heard anything from them so I decided to call them today.
I explained everything to the lady that answer the phone.
She didn’t believe me at first “because she cooked it herself” so she was sure that what I had experienced was not true! I told her it wasn’t about getting free food but I paid money for that food and it wasn’t fair that I hadn’t heard from them in almost a week.
She asked me to stop by tomorrow to show her the pictures and I agreed.
Then I get a call from the same lady telling me she was trying to figure out what had happened with my order along with her manager and that they think the issue was the delay from the DoorDash driver and that it wasn’t that the food was raw but it went bad in the process of being deliver.
By far the worst and first bad experience I’ve had with this place.
Super unfair!

Our meat is cooked and fried twice.
So we're sure it's cooked enough.
But that's not a problem.
We are happy to remake it to your satisfaction.
But just because this order was purchased through Doordash, we're just asking you to call Doordash to redo it for you, but you're angry and won't listen.
We would like to inform you that your case has been refunded to you.

Came here on a Saturday Afternoon.
The food is amazing! I got the fried dumplings, spicy crispy beef, and Pad See Eew because I could not decide! So many great choices!! The prawn is so big and fresh.
Don’t get me started with the vegetables, everything is so FRESH! Food is so delicious here! Definitely coming back❤️😍🤤

This place has great flavor on their fried rice, being from st louis which hands down has the best fried rice, not bad, next time I'll just have to ask for more bean sprouts and eggs and add some green peppers, most definitely will be back
