I moved into the neighborhood a couple months ago and love coming to this place. Friendly service and great food. Weird to see a few reviews with all one stars and zero explanations.
I'm wondering if it's local competitors trying to throw shade on this place.

Newly opened and a great addition to the growing variety of restaurants with an international flavour in the Barrrio de Las Letras.
Loved the original Franco-Caribbean fusion. We shared the yucca with melted gruyère as a starter and each had the 'picapollo' chicken marinated in lemongrass with fried green plantains and 3 different sauces.
We finished up with an exotic tarte tatin featuring pineapple instead of apple. The brown bread is really good and the French house red is a simple JP Chenet at a very reasonable price.
There are other Spanish ones.

We had a really great lunch in this lovely new French-Dominican restaurant.
The service was superb: the waitress/owner spoke three languages fluently and the other staff were very friendly indeed.
The food was beautifully presented, brought promptly and very tasty.
To have a three course meal of this quality for only €13.50 was a rare treat indeed.
I recommend this restaurant to everybody and wish it every success.
