Palm Court at the Mandarin Oriental Ritz is a haven for those seeking a refined dining experience. I visited for afternoon tea, and the atmosphere was enchanting, especially with the stunning Christmas tree centerpiece. The selection of TWG teas paired wonderfully with the delicate sandwiches, freshly baked scones, and an assortment of indulgent desserts.

While service was prompt, it could have been warmer - I expected more from a venue of this caliber. Nonetheless, it was a delightful escape in the heart of Madrid... 🍰
