127 Taipei Bar Ramen & Baos offers a delightful window into Taiwanese cuisine. The fried chicken stands out with its perfectly crispy coating, truly a highlight of our meal. We tried the Bao con Pato, which was rich and savory, and the laksa ramen, bursting with flavor but perhaps could use a bit more depth.

While I found the xiaolongbao to be good, they didn't quite justify the price. The atmosphere is cozy, making it a nice spot to linger. Remember to reserve in advance to secure your table! 🥢
