September 15, 2024What a gem! Republica Restaurant & Rooftop is the perfect blend of delicious Dominican cuisine and a vibrant atmosphere. 🌟
We celebrated my mom's birthday here, and Mario, our server, went above and beyond. The rooftop view adds to the experience, especially with the live music flowing.
While I initially wished for smaller brunch bites instead of the $50 prix-fixe menu, the food was still fantastic!
To top it all off, the drinks were simply amazing. We'll definitely be back for more celebrations... 🎉
