September 30, 2024I recently dined at Red Monkey Latin Fusion Kitchen and was pleasantly surprised by the vibrant atmosphere! 🌟 The empanadas, especially the guava one, were divine and bursting with flavor. I also tried the mofongo, which had a stunning presentation, although it could use a bit more seasoning.
We ordered the mamposteado rice, which was flavorful, but the chicharrón was a tad greasy. Overall, the portions are generous, and the staff were polite and attentive.
Sadly, I heard the restaurant is temporarily closed, so I’m hoping they reopen soon so I can return for more deliciousness!...
