Went with my husband on Friday night.Haven't been to Red Lobster since the pandemic and would always go to the Sugar Land location which has closed down since the pandemic. Walked in an several people were waiting to be seated. 2 men were at the front area, and were confused and running around trying to find more menus and locate what seats were available. I told him I needed a table for 2. He said it would be a few minutes because they ran out of menus. I said okay, do u want my name to put on the list, he said no that is okay, I will remember the order you are in from the rest of the guests waiting as well. So after 15 minutes we were seated. The waitresses were running around the restaurant going back and forth, I believe they were short staffed. Finally our waitress came to our table about 15 minutes later. She wasn't very pleasant probably because she was over worked. While waiting for our drinks, a homeless man entered the restaurant asking guests for change. One customer was so angry for approaching him while he was eating. Staff finally approached him to ask him to leave. Just to let u know, he was in the parking lot when we arrived asking for change while we were entering the restaurant. Needless to say, no one must have been at the front desk or he wouldn't have been able to enter the restaurant walking around. Our waitress only came to our table once to see if we needed anything, not acceptable. Of course, the closer to getting our ticket, the more we saw her, her tip spoke for itself. I understand the cost of living has increased due to the pandemic but the quality and quantity should not be affected but it has. This experience has tarnished us so badly that we will never visit this establishment again.

I have come here about 3 times in the past 2 weeks and that says a lot. Each time I have received pretty good service and the food has been good. The only exception is the surf and turf as the steak that comes with it is not tender at all no matter how you get it cooked. The drinks are always the star of the show for me.
I hadn't been to a Red lobster in over 10 years.I wanted to check it out due to a video I saw where they were eating at red lobster and the food looked good.So I took my kid to let him try a new place because we always go to Papadeaux. As I pulled up I could see a bunch of homeless people and carts to the back of the restaurant, that was my first side eye.We get in the restaurant the host greets us and sees us to our seat.I don't know but it just had a funny smell. Our waitress was really nice and attentive. We ordered appetizers, food, and drinks.I ordered a patron margarita smh such a failure it didn't taste like nothing but alot of ice, I ordered the admiral platter with the lobster bake potato and the brussel sprouts.Let's just say for an upcharge that bake potato was not worth it, it's like they open the lil potato and put a spoon of mixture on it.I really didn't eat my food my son ate his he loved the biscuits. The booths were kinda low-key dirty.Overall I did not enjoy the experience and I now know for sure that Red lobster is just not for me.
