Red Lobster

We had a party of 6 people and ended up with two servers for some reason.
Candice was waiting on my husband and I and service was mid.
She took a long time to get us refills, bring our boxes, bring us our check and close us out.
It was not a busy night by the way.
When paying, my husband handed her the credit card and said “can we also get a key lime pie to go.” She said yes and left to charge the card.
She came back with our receipts to sign and left.
We waited 15 minutes for the pie to go.
It was never brought out to us.
When she finally returned she said she needed our receipt back because she wasn’t sure if she had added it to our receipt.
The receipt wasn’t itemized so we couldn’t tell.
Like 10 minutes later she came back and said she hadn’t added the pie to our order and was not charged.
I told her I no longer wanted the pie then because I was not willing to wait another 15 minutes for it.
At that point I had enough and let her know we asked her for the to go pie and she said yes and took our card to close us out.
She smiled and said “oh yeah I know, I forgot.
Sorry about that.” And that was it.
She didn’t seem like she cared too much for her mistake nor offered a solution.
I don’t want anything free, don’t try to offer your “apologies” or a discount.
Just have more empathetic employees who actually care for the customers.
I will be steering clear of the cielo vista red lobster and will only be going to the Joe battle location, where I have yet to have a bad experience.
Also… look at the “mango tea” my husband got, it tasted like thick iced tea powder, it was disgusting, he didn’t even touch it after the first taste.

For salmon, shrimp and steak lovers ❤️ Let’s get started with the chef behind it. His name is Mario and he makes it to perfection, plus the taste is so extraordinary it melts in your mouth. He takes pride in his job and if we want to talk about steak he cooks it to your specific liking. Now let’s talk about the General Manager by the name of Grissel.
She is the reason my friends and family always experience a warm welcoming.
She is so Professional and Kind plus her skills leave me speechless in the best way possible. She takes pride in what she does and she greets us with the upmost respect and appreciation. She has a great staff who are devoted to give excellent service, plus it’s a clean restaurant and always a cozy experience too. I highly recommend Red Lobster to everyone who is looking for a great a restaurant to enjoy many seafood platters or steak. Thank you all for making every single experience a memorable one.

I was immediately greeted and promptly seated.
My server Alexis was incredible.
Sjw immediately brought me cheddar bay biscuits and a water.
She was simultaneously taking care of multiple other tables but everyone was properly checked on in a timely manner.
My mushroom app was amazing, the scallops were what to be expected but not wow factor, the crab legs were fantastic, but the lobster tail was about the size of my finger, very small.
The crispy Brussel sprouts were great.
The coconut shrimp was on point.
I tried the crispy dragon shrimp and while the flavor was awesome, it was just a tab bit too spicy for me.
