Was there for lunch, not crowded, and plenty of seating.
Lunch menu looked great, so took advantage of Shrimpfest with two selections.
The pasta & shrimp was small, I imagine lunch size, and coconut shrimp only four pieces, which I could have ordered more.
The only problem is I wanted Blue Cheese dressing for my salad, and was given Ranch.

Ordered delivery and they didn't include the Brussels sprouts with my salmon bowl and there was no lid on the sauce cup so it sloshed over everything.
I used the form on their site to ask for a prorated refund and didn't get a reply.
I submitted a request again a week after that and still haven't heard from them a week later.
Total rip off.
They also forgot my mom's coleslaw in a pickup order last year on her birthday.
Definitely don't order delivery here, and if you pick up food, check the order before you leave.

Came in for a birthday dinner.
Was the worst experience I’ve seen at a red lobster.
We will start with the full bar is open and no one can sit in there cause bartender is overwhelmed making drink and talking.
Waiting area was packed and they started to sit couples in the bar area after countless people came in seen the wait and turned around out the door.. 1.we ordered endless shrimp and was told after our shrimp scampi came out all raw and cold.
That the kitchen staff was 3/4 all new and was training.
And manager didn’t want to overwhelm the staff seating to many tables.. After we place our order for the endless shrimp, we were told that they had no coconut piña colada sauce, which makes the whole coconut shrimp. 2.
The manager lady after we complained about raw food was very rude to us and was going to show her the shrimp was gray but waitress removed our plates before she got here.. 3.
They sat us at table at the door next to the host taking names..
this guy is for sure 4 fries short of a happy meal.
Cause the manager keeps belittling him cause he can’t spell names and calling groups to tables before others And not even adding the peoples names when given to him. 4.
We have been here over 4 hours stomach a little upset for eating raw shrimp. 5.
Bartender lady is more worried about laughing and doing stuff at her own time.
We have ordered drinks and it’s taking so long we forgot we even ordered it.. all the bartender is just hurting the waitress tips and income in the closest sit down restaurant to the university of Indianapolis students to work. I really think this red lobster is going down hill fast.
