Red Lobster

My family visited red lobster on Mother’s Day 2024.
To our surprise, we were able to be seated within 15 minutes of arriving.
We ordered mostly the Walts Favorite and the shrimp and grits, which was new on the menu.
Everything was pretty much good, except the shrimp and grits was very different and skimpy than what we used to.
I give it a 3 out of 4 rating.
I ordered a half a pound of crab legs, and it was so small it could barely be seen on the plate.
Other than that, we surprisingly had a pretty decent dining experience.
I gave a 4 star mostly because of the server.
Our server was outstanding, very attentive and very friendly.

We decided to come to 🦞 Lobster to celebrate my mom and I 3 month kidney donation surgery and birthday 🎂 on Nov 11, 2023.
What a lucky 🍀 day for our tummies because the meal was delicious. Make sure you plan ahead and get there early because the parking lot 🅿️ does get crowded during their peak hours especially on the weekends. The wait was 35-40 minutes which wasn’t too bad.
They have restrooms 🚻 right next to the doors and plenty of benches for customers to sit and wait for their table. The staff were very friendly and took care our seating as quickly as possible despite the short line.
The waiter and cooks were awesome 👏 and had such an entrance when they brought out our food.
🥘 Everything was delicious and above all else we still had leftovers.
The shrimp tacos brought me back to Arizona.
The steak 🥩 was delicious 🤤 and my dad enjoyed the lobster 🦞 so much he ate the shell 🐚😂.
The shrimp pasta was really good.
And I couldn’t stop raving over the mouth watering cheesy stuffed mushrooms.
Oh my goodness! 🤯🧀🍄 Overall it was a great night 🌃 filled with laughs and good food.
A very special thank you to the staff of Red Lobster for helping make this night memorable for my family.

Terrible experience! We arrived at the restaurant at 6:45 PM and didn't leave until almost 10 PM.
Here's a breakdown of our experience: - It took 45 minutes for us to receive our drinks. - The food took 1.5 hours to arrive. - Two of our meals were served with incorrect or missing sides. - The surf and turf dinner was missing lobster initially.
When it finally arrived (after we asked), it was ice cold.
The steak was overcooked and tasted old/bad. - We asked to speak to the manager twice.
The first time, we waited 30 minutes, and he apologized for the poor service and for being short-staffed.
He promised to "make it right" regarding the worst meal, but nothing was adjusted on the bill. - When we asked for the bill to be corrected, we waited another hour for the manager.
He didn't come over, so our waitress directed us to the counter where he was.
After waiting another 10-15 minutes, he finally acknowledged us.
He became defensive and claimed he couldn't remove anything from the bill. - Despite his promise to make it right, he only offered a free dessert, which didn't compensate for the terrible service and food. - We were appalled by the manager's handling of the situation.
We spent over $250 and 3.5 hours on mediocre food and service. - When we asked for the corporate phone number, he claimed not to have it. - We will never return to this restaurant.
