Red Koi Japanese Cuisine is a delightful gem in Memphis! 🌟 I recently visited for lunch and was pleasantly surprised by their fantastic $25 dynamite and shrimp tempura rolls. The flavors were bold, and the sushi was impressively fresh.
The atmosphere is cozy, though the lighting is quite dim. We had to wait about 20 minutes for a table, but it was absolutely worth it!
Service was incredibly fast and friendly, plus they offer a variety of great teas. Don’t miss out on the complimentary spring rolls - what a nice touch! I’ll definitely be back for more sushi bliss! 🍣✨
