Red Ash in Colorado Tower is a delightful Italian gem! 🍝 The atmosphere is warm and inviting, making it perfect for a cozy dinner. I absolutely loved the handmade pasta, especially the gnocchi; it was fluffy and rich.

The drink selection is impressive, featuring delightful cocktails and a nice wine list. I also appreciated the wheelchair-accessible entrance, ensuring everyone feels welcome.

If you're in Austin, don’t miss their late-night bites! Happy hour is also a treat - great small plates at a fantastic price. Can't wait to return! 🌟
