Raska International Cuisine & Sauce is an absolute gem tucked away in Fort Collins! 🌟

With an inviting, cozy atmosphere and artfully presented dishes, it truly feels like a trip to the Middle East. I tried the butternut squash dish and was blown away - flavorful and fresh! The shared platter concept is fantastic, especially for exploring their diverse veg options.

Though the service was a bit slow since it was just one server, Brennan was wonderful and made our experience delightful. Their homemade kombucha was a lovely surprise too! ❤️
