Rancherito's Mexican Food

I ordered a "Shredded Beef Taco & Enchilada" (number 5) for $10.99 They gave me a shredded beef taco and a cheese enchilada.
They told me that is normal for the menu even though it does not make sense to me for the English language.
The manager lady would not budge in making it right. $10.99 for one shredded beef taco and a cheese enchilada with rice and beans seems extra costly for what it is. Also their large horchata is smaller than the normal larges used to be and are now $5.
Wow. I ended up spending $17.99 for a beef taco, rice, beans, horchata, and a bunch of cheese. Overall a decent place for what it is, but I did not like the confusion caused by the menu and their unwillingness to make it right for me. Friendly staff though, and the place is taken care of.
I wish there was another place to give this feedback but this was the only place.

If I could give a no star review, I would.
I only spoke with one girl while I ordered and paid.
She was short with me while I was ordering but I tried to brush it off.
Once I got to the window to pay, she read off my order super fast (which I guess it was my fault for not listening closely) and then mumbled my total.
I handed her my card assuming that she was going to charge me for the correct amount.
What was supposed to be a $20-$30 order ended up being almost $60.
She charged me for 3 burritos that I did not order as well as over $2 for lettuce (she rung it up as guacamole which is not the same cost).
When I went in to tell her that I had received items that I didn’t order, she told me that she read off my order and she wasn’t going to do anything to fix it.
I asked if we could void that order and I’d pay for the items that I wanted.
She refused to work it out.
I ended up leaving with the wrong items, no refund, and a horrible experience.
This was enough to make me not go back to this location.
I don’t understand how she has a customer service job but can not do the bare minimum in customer service.

They didn't know their own menu.
Asked for an order of 2 chile relleno enchiladas and They ask if I mean the burrito or the plate with rice and bean.
Explained that their menu says enchiladas chili relleno, so I wanted that one.
I get to the window and they are charging me more 1.79 more for the item than shows on their menu and I asked them to honor it and they just rolled their eyes at me and continued to say that the price is 9.99.
Bad customer service.
