This place has gone downhill.
Even on Google it says it's not that busy, but the place seems like it's going to hell.
Buzzers going off, the drink station is completely filthy.
I could go on.
My last time coming in here.
It's dirty and loud.
Try a different location. Update: Ordered on the mobile app for a drive-thru pickup, and when I got to the restaurant the line was literally wrapping around the whole store, so I went inside to pick up my order.
When the person at the counter walked back to tell the manager, she was very irate, and said why did they put it on the drive-thru then? Visibly upset and right in front of me too.
I didn't think it was that big of a deal, but I guess it was.
I understand it can be a stressful job during lunch, but not a lot of emotional control from that manager.

I tried to order me and my boyfriend two number 7 meals (the 2 cheeseburger combo) through the drive-through.
When I took the order, we both got the same size and the same drink.
The only thing I asked was to make 1 of those number 7 combos plain burgers with ketchup.
On the screen at the order spot, I saw that the plain burgers also said diced onions, I asked to take those off, and I never got a response, and the order never changed on the screen.
After I asked a good 5 times, "What?" and the guy taking my order would barely say a single word that was so quiet I couldn't hear it.
Then the screen changed, telling me to go the the window so I did.
Once I got to the window, the guy just stood there looking at his register, and we waited a solid minute there.
Eventually he left and got a manager I assume, then after a second he opened the window and let me pay, and before I could even say a word about my order he closed the widnow and got the receipt to give back to me.
He was very quick, and once I took it back, the window was closed again.
I went to the next window and looked at my receipt, it was changed again...
One of the combos had a Coke, and they both were changed to plain with ketchup.
I was shocked but once I got to the window and the nice lady gave me my order, I corrected her about the Coke and she very kindly apologized and changed it, she was the only positive experience I got.
Anyways, the burgers were squished once we started to eat them, and the fries weren't even salty.
I know way better, Mcdonalds, then this specific establishment.

Drove 10 hrs and was starving.
Lady messed up my order, and I went back in to let them know it was wrong.
The lady at the window kept rejecting to help and complained twice to her manager to send me away only to be told to fix it. She made me a small coffee when I ordered a large.
She continued to complain and said it would cost more.
Cool.
I got money to pay the difference.
She refused and kept being bitter about it.
So here's my review.
I just wanted a coffee after a 10 hr drive.
It wasn't even rude to deserve it.
Hope she has a better day because as a retail worker myself, she needs to be better.
