Nomad Eatery is a delightful stop within Uinta Brewing Co. The vibe is casual and trendy, perfect for a laid-back lunch. I indulged in the spicy chicken thigh sandwich - seriously, it’s a winner! The flavors burst with each bite. My friend opted for the falafel salad topped with salmon, which was crispy and fresh.
