I try to only respond about places whose great customer service needs to be recognized, or places where the service is so bad, you need to know before you go.But this particular Rally's I have been going to for years.But they can't keep people there.I don't know the reasons why.My guess it has to do with the rude customers and the location.They onlu serve thru drive-thru or walk up window.The place is not big enough for dine in.You can only dine outside. But, the two people that were there were working their behinds off and still provided better customer service than other stores filled with employees.Right on Rally's

Good food & service jus stay safe at all times not especially bad
Tried the rallys $5 meal deal, went to the 3801 N College, no one was in the parking lot or in the drive thru line, the girl at the window taking orders had poor customer service skills, we had asked for 4/$5 meals with ketchup and ranch.We were asked to pull up to a different window as we couldn't pull in front of the store to wait for our food we pulled up to the pick up window, before that a car had pulled up to the pick up window we then got behind them to wait for our food.The food took 15 minutes or so to get to us which is fine we were in no rush.A new employee handed us our food out of the back door by the kitchen area.I checked out our food and we were missing just 1 small fry and the ketchup and ranch.We are still waiting behind someone in line at this point.So we wait for the car in front of us to leave to pull up the window and get our small fry and ranch and ketchup when we were greeted by who seemed to be the manager he wore a forest green polo, glasses and had dreadlocks named Bill asked what was wrong because I had told the same employee who was delivering the orders out of the kitchen door that we were missing a couple of items in a very calm manner.I told Bill I was missing a small fry and needed ketchup and ranch cuz I didn't get any he told me I needed to ask for it which I did when I ordered the food, and again at the window, Bill proceeded to tell me he bagged the order himself and he put the fries in the bag.There's no reason for me to try and get a free fry.He then started calling me a liar.I'm not sure what his problem was but I wish I could give them a negative rating.Horrible experience do not go there during the night shift!!!!
