Rafa’s Mexican Food is a delightful gem in Sacramento! 🌮 I stopped by for lunch and was pleasantly surprised by the fantastic flavors. The chimichanga with rice - hold the beans - was perfectly crisp and delicious, while the horchata was an instant favorite.
