The steak salad was delicious, but I was shocked to learn it was loaded with 100g of carbs.
Skip this salad if you are on KETO. The service was meh.
I tipped 20% and the cashier was indifferent.
If you are getting your own utensils and busing your own table, you shouldn't (in my opinion) be tipping.
And so, I won't be in the future, but the salad was excellent!

I've been to Jack's 3 times and wasn't super impressed the first time.
However, the last 2 were at this location and although their prices are still a bit high in my opinion, their salads are killer and will leave you full - maybe with leftovers.
That bring said, the Cajun Chicken Sandwich I had was just okay at best but those Urban Fries are really good.

I LOVE the pesto chicken sandwich.
I am a creature of habit and will get that every time.
But my best friend has tried something different each time.
She has cleared her plate each visit. I love that you can watch your food being prepared.
The employees are very educated on the items.
