Queso Monster is an absolute gem! 🌟 Located on S. Miami Blvd in Durham, this food truck serves up some of the best birria tacos and elotes I've ever tasted. The flamin' hot elotes are a must-try!

I also loved their customizable lemonades - strawberry pineapple won my heart. The portions are generous, and the staff is super friendly, making the experience even better.

Just a heads up, it can get busy on Saturdays, so expect a bit of a wait. But trust me, it's worth it... Can't wait to go back! 😋
