I recently stopped by Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings for a quick bite, and while I had high hopes, I left feeling mixed.

The staff was friendly, and Kaitlyn was particularly wonderful, helping me choose my meal with a sunny disposition. 🌟 I ordered the classic Chicken Fingers with a side of coleslaw, but it was disappointing - overcooked and more crispy than tender.

Though the salad I saw others receive looked fresh, my experience was marred by long wait times and some missing items from my order. I'll give it another shot for Kaitlyn's service, but next time, I’ll keep my expectations a bit lower. 🍗
