I was in drive thru and the worker said “one moment” so I waited until about ten minutes.Asked was anyone there a few times and no response.At least say you are busy or give a better time frame.Sat in the drive through thinking nobody was working so I pulled up to window and the worker was magically just sitting at the window.Worker told me to pull around to order again.Wasted 30 mins
They were busy, yes, but the clerk could have greeted us, as she was right there behind the cash register, as she filled orders for others, perhaps drive through. She told us that something was at the side area where the beverages were, but it wasn't. She missed 2 items in our order, so we had to go back and ask.The food was ok.
The bathrooms were clean as well as the lobby.The people were super friendly and quick with my order.Definitely a 5 star experience.
