The place is pretty small, but their service is quick.Silvia helped me this morning and she was really good. As per the food, the barbacoa was ok and te carnitas did not taste like normal carnitas.Think, pork on a crock pot or slow cooker and that is what you get, not as well seasoned either. The meat on both dishes needed a little fat and not so much lean meat. The chile relleno was a little cold and I could not believe the paper plate. The juices from anything makes it soggy and then you start eating parts of the plate with your food. If this is your only option I would try looking for something else. The service is quick and the server was great.
The service was nice and fast.People are very friendly. My food wasn't fresh. Rice was dry and crunchy 😒. Meat was just enough to see it on my plate. Hopefully, next time, I'll get a fresh meal with a nice amount of meat on my plate
Stopped here and did the Tacos to Go as I headed thru the airport before Christmas. The to go menu is smaller but has all the items you could eat in a outtake fashion.Big burritos, quesadillas, and some smaller items like nachos, and mini tacos.I did the Taco14(mini taco) with soft corn shell , chicken, cheese, verde salsa. You get 3 in a nice box.I ate them so fast my only photo is the empty box !! Food was fast, fresh, quick and very tasty.Several airline pilots were ahead of me so you know it must be good and fast! It hit the spot for me.Illinois is weak on tasty Mexican food but Colorado always delivers! Stop in if you need a meal before you flight it’s worth it!! It’s located in food area near B52 and B54.
