This location is struggling.High turn over and staff that doesn’t know how to make menu items.Multiple times I’ve had to describe how to put together items on their menu - I’m not customizing anything, just looking for whatever their current special item is featured on their menu.The location is dirty - there is food on the ground behind the counter, employees not wearing gloves/hair nets or hats, etc.Usually either lemonade or utensils are out of stock.

Just pulled up and it’s 7:39 pm on Thursday night and doors are locked.Employees inside staring at me.I can see one gal sitting at a table on her phone.Does anyone come to the door and explain why they’re closed early? Nope.Just stare at me and others who also walked up at same time.Was there a note of any kind on the door? Nope.This happened on April 11th.I’ll also be calling corporate to let them know.

Ordered delivery through DoorDash.Qdoba does not allow special instructions through app.Called Qdoba before placing order and spoke to a very nice employee.I asked the employee if I could get the queso on the side.I wanted to try it on my rice bowl, but didn’t want to cover the bowl in queso to find out I don’t like it.Employee said she understands and explained that they charge for a side of queso, but would give me a smaller amount to mimic what would be on bowl.She said she will keep an eye out for my order and put it on the side.I placed the order not even a minute later after our phone call.Received order and there is no queso on the bowl or on the side.Disappointed.Also discovered a hard chunk of gristle larger than the size of a black bean.Almost broke my tooth.Wanted to like it but I’ll stick to my tried and true, Chipotle.
