I must have had an overly cooked batch of Adobo chicken extremely dry and even a tiny bit burnt in a few places.Small amount of guacamole compared with similar fast food places.Also the staff did not seem to thrilled to be there.I ordered beans no rice for my bowl but no extra beans substituted for me which isn’t the norm elsewhere. Tables dirty. Hopefully my experience was just a rare occurrence so please post your experiences because sometimes the bad ones are the ones people feel most inclined to post.

Really poor experience at this QDOBA location. Despite QDOBA removing their vegetarian/vegan protein option here, I figured I'd give it one more try.After going through ordering, I get to the checkout and try to use my rewards to pay and am told that this location does not accept QDOBA rewards.There was no sign or anything, and it makes no sense why they wouldn't accept their own rewards program.Since they already put everything together and I had to pay anyway, I paid with my card and went to eat.There were no fountain machines to get water, and the seating is dispersed in two back areas and in the front, so you can't tell there's no seating unless you check each one.It's a weird layout.The food also tasted a bit off (bitter). Overall, I would not return to this QDOBA location.I'd really appreciate if they either took their rewards or had a sign warning you that they don't.Bringing back a veg option would be great too.

Great experience on Sunday, March 24, 2024 at around 1:30pm! Great job crew! Better than usual and I usually go here in DEN because it's the best value for what you get! It depends a bit on who is working, but the team of gals today were doing great on all counts! Go "A Team!"
