I’ve been to multiple locations of QDOBA on Staten Island and have always had a pleasant experience.
I was on my break from work and decided to try the new QDOBA location on Hylan Blvd..
the food was great, but the service was unpleasant.
The young woman working the front looked very unhappy, not friendly, and the bowl I had ordered was not even filled.
No chicken, no queso, no rice.
It was super skimpy.
There was no greeting when I walked in the door and when I said thank you, there was no response.
The atmosphere itself did not seem inviting.
I am very disappointed.
