Fushimi offers a lovely mix of casual dining and refined Japanese flavors. The rock shrimp tempura blew me away with its crispy texture and flavorful dipping sauce. I also enjoyed the Samurai special cocktail, which paired perfectly with my sushi selection.
The modern decor creates a trendy vibe, making it suitable for groups or a cozy date night. While parking was a bit challenging, the friendly service made up for it. I’d definitely return for more of that delicious food soon... 🍣
