Barbecue restaurant, American restaurant
Conveniently positioned at George Bush Intercontinental Airport, Q serves up American barbecue that captures the traveler's attention. Known for its casual vibe, patrons can enjoy comfort food such as pulled pork and ribs in a cozy setting, perfect for a quick lunch or dinner between flights. However, some visitors have found the service a bit sluggish and the food lacking flavor, leading to mixed reviews. While it offers great convenience for travelers, expectations around flavor and service may vary.

September 08, 2024Located in George Bush Intercontinental Airport, Q barbecue serves up some all-American comfort food amidst the hustle of travel. The 3 meat combo platter I ordered was generous in portion, featuring tender brisket, juicy pulled pork, and ribs, accompanied by sides of ok mac n' cheese and tasty fries.
While service was quick and the atmosphere casual - a perfect spot for lunch between flights - I felt the staff could’ve used a little more enthusiasm. Even though my meats were a bit dry, dipping sauces on the side allowed me to bring them to life!
I’d recommend giving it a try if you’re in the area, especially for a quick bite! 🍖✈️
