Puro Puebla is an absolute gem in Des Moines! 🌮 The milanesa cemita is a must-try, overflowing with flavor and generous portions. The homemade tortillas for their tacos are out of this world - one is enough to satisfy anyone!

I loved the horchata and agua de melón; they’re refreshingly authentic without being watered down.

The staff is friendly and attentive, answering all my questions with patience - it was my first visit! 🚚 The community vibes and local support make this food truck a winner. I can’t wait to go back for more! 🌟
