La Rancherita Mexican Food Truck is a hidden gem in Des Moines! 🌮 My first visit had me hooked with their incredible steak tacos - so flavorful and perfectly spiced! The hot sauce had a delightful kick that left me wanting more.

The staff was friendly, with a lovely lady even returning my phone when I accidentally left it behind. What a kind gesture!

Note: they only accept cash, so come prepared. I can't believe I waited two years to try this place. Definitely a must-visit for delicious Mexican comfort food! 🍽️❤️
