Location needs to lose the freaky fast part of the slogan.
3 cars in drive thru for 20+ minutes and the store not being busy is real goofy.

The gentleman who made my sandwich and answered the phone was super nice and understanding as for the driver, he should not be working.
I ordered food at 539pm and I didn’t get my food until 625pm.
I called and asked why it was taking so long and the gentleman was upset and said it should’ve arrived a while ago.
Knowing he remembered my order must mean it wasn’t busy.
Once the driver arrived he said “it was 40 minutes, I timed it”.
But exactly, 40 minutes, with an attitude and I had 3 others with me that heard it also.
The driver should not have that job if he’s going to slack and be disrespectful thinking him ‘keeping time’ of orders is okay.
I was only 6 minutes from the store… disgusting and disrespectful.

They're awesome and sooo delicious, however, Ive totally been bummed out about thier delivery service.
Most of the time they cant get enough drivers to do delivery, so if i cant make it there bcos of my health, then i cant get food from my favorite sandwich shop.
Please go apply for a job there people so we can all go back to getting our favorite food delivered more often.
