Pueblo Viejo is a true gem in Fort Collins! 🌟 Nestled in the vibrant Old Town Square, the ambiance is cozy and welcoming, adorned with beautiful artwork that instantly makes you feel at home.

I decided on the chicken enchiladas, and they were bursting with flavor - definitely some of the best Mexican food I've had! The service was friendly and attentive, making the experience even better.

Parking can be tricky, but the food is worth the hunt... Can't wait to come back for more! 🌮✨
