Great food, great service, and great atmosphere.
The service is so amazing that honestly they are not intrusive but are around of you need them.
One of our favorite places to go.

Last night I watched the Knights game The bartender said I gambled $240.
Then came up to me and told me here’s your bill for $38 I said are you kidding me? She said, unfortunately we cannot comp all your drinks.
Will never go back there.
It is literally impossible for somebody to drink $240 worth of alcohol and not be carried out of that bar.
Which was obviously not the case.

As a retail store manager myself, I do understand that it can get hard to connect with every customer.
However, four different visits and I experienced the same vibe every time.
The atmosphere seemed unfriendly unless you're a regular.
I personally was only connected with when I placed my order, and when they asked if I wanted a refill? After those interactions they would travel around the bar talking to regulars until my beer was empty.
They would walk past me several times, but unless my beer was empty would say nothing to me.
Unfortunately, I feel that their customer service is best if you are a regular, so this will be the last time I visit this particular PT's.
Which kinda sucks, because they do have some great tasting ice cold beer! Plus it was more convenient for a quick stop on my way home from work.
