I frequent this exceptional sandwich shop and it's clear the owner takes pride in it.
I've been to other shops nearby and they do not compare to the cleanliness and quality of produce and other ingredients on the sandwiches.
Further, if things are busy they do a great job of moving things along.
Highly recommended!

Classic failure as closing time approaches.
If your staff is going to shut down the restaurant at 830, then close at 8.
We arrived to 3 people, all having cleaned the entire place to close at 8:33pm.
9pm is closing.
We got two sandwiches, not toasted because they'd already cleaned that.
I'll say the place was clean, but more classoc worthless service from Centennial area food establishments.
We used to go to Summerlin PortoSubs and never had this issue.
So, we went home and had to cook our food.

We, my husband and I, were quite surprised to see a fully organized staff sandwich shop.
The employees worked as a team to complete in-person and online orders in a timely manner during lunchtime. It felt nice going to a local franchise sandwich shop with a well organized team of employees.
I hope others have the same experience!! The quality of bread and sandwich products tasted fresh. The eating area tables are clean. It is October 2023, and it was nice to see their Halloween spirit by decorating an area of the sandwich shop for the season.
